Firm Profile : Our Staff

Our document specialists and closers are recruited from the ranks of the mortgage lending, title insurance, and mortgage insurance industries and selected for their industry knowledge and experience, general capabilities, and personal commitment to client service, which has been the key to long-term retention of our clients. Each of our clients is assigned an attorney primarily responsible for its account and adequate professional staff and firm resources to assure that our high standards of performance are met. Our support staff is organized into teams, each assigned primary day-to-day responsibility for the document production for one or more of our clients and cross-trained to assure the availability of adequate staff familiar with each client's particular needs at all times. Our staff services are managed by Wendy Guitierrez, Operations Manager and Security Director, a recognized professional with over 35 years of experience in the industry and an extensive knowledge of underwriting, documentation, title insurance issues and closing of home mortgage loans, as well as digital information security and technology.
